The White Sands Resort And Spa, Point Pleasant Beach

While I had high hopes for this hotel, my experience was quite disappointing, especially in terms of customer service. Although the location is ideal for a beach getaway, the lack of responsiveness from the staff when I needed assistance left a sour taste. The amenities like the pools and on-site dining were enjoyable, but they didn't quite make up for the frustrations I faced.

I recently attended a tasting dinner at the White Sands for my wife's 50th anniversary celebration, and it was an impressive experience! The food and drinks were exceptional, and the catering team, led by Kelly, made everything feel tailored just for us. However, I did hear some guests mention outdated rooms and unsatisfactory service during check-in, which is concerning. Overall, it seems to offer a nice venue for events, but certain areas may need improvement.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a cozy stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which added a wonderful personal touch. We especially loved the beach service and the convenience of fresh towels daily. However, the pool area could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. Overall, it felt like great value for the money.
